Enrollment is open for students who are ready to experience virtual education the right way. When you enroll with Arrow Academy, you’ll receive a personal phone call from both your teacher and a school leader. We take time to learn about your child’s background, interests, and your reasons for choosing Arrow—because understanding your why helps us serve your family better.
Every family has a story, and we want to hear yours.
Students will receive all required technology and learning equipment directly from Arrow to ensure a smooth and successful start.

Step 1 begins the enrollment process through Arrow Academy’s online application system. This step allows families to formally express interest, submit required information, and begin the process of determining if Arrow is the right fit for the student.
Families begin the process by completing the online enrollment application and submitting the basic information and documents needed for review. This includes student and family details, prior school information, and any available academic or support records. As part of the application, families also review important enrollment expectations, including participation, attendance, technology access, and parent involvement. Once everything is submitted, Arrow confirms that the enrollment request has been received and moves the family forward to the next step in the process.
Step 2 ensures that Arrow Academy is an appropriate fit for the student and that families clearly understand expectations before moving forward. During this step, Arrow begins building a relationship with the student and family while preparing for successful enrollment.
After an application is submitted, Arrow carefully reviews the enrollment information, academic history, and any immediate support needs to make sure nothing important is missed. An Arrow team member then connects with the family, and the student when appropriate, to confirm interest, answer questions, and talk through program expectations. Families are guided through how the virtual model works, what participation and attendance look like, and how communication and support will be handled. From there, Arrow determines whether the program appears to be a strong fit, whether more information is needed, or whether another option may be a better match. Families who are a good fit then move forward to technology setup and assessments.
During Step 3, families complete the technology setup and student readiness requirements needed for successful placement in Arrow Academy. This step ensures that students have access to the online platform, that the home technology environment is appropriate, and that the school has the information needed to make sound placement decisions.
Before placement is finalized, families complete a few simple steps to make sure Arrow is the right fit and that students are set up for success from the start. Parents confirm whether they will use school-issued equipment or a home computer, verify internet and software access, complete student background information, and make sure the student finishes any required assessments or inventories. Once everything is submitted, Arrow reviews the information and follows up if anything else is needed before making a final placement decision.
Step 4 is the Direction Plan Meeting, where Arrow Virtual Academy partners with the student and family to design a personalized pathway for success. This meeting ensures that enrollment moves beyond paperwork and becomes a clear, intentional plan for the student’s future.
After the initial placement steps are complete, families meet virtually with an Arrow team member for a Direction Plan Meeting that includes both the student and parent or guardian. During this conversation, we review the student’s background, assessment results, interests, academic history, and goals so we can understand the whole student, not just the paperwork. Together, we identify strengths, discuss future plans, and build a personalized Direction Plan that outlines courses, possible pathways, needed supports, and clear expectations. Once the plan is reviewed and agreed upon, enrollment is finalized and families receive the next steps for getting started.
